Brands, companies, public institutions and even the average people have seen their lives changed since the digital disruption. Nowadays being online is not enough, organizations need to be connected and offer something valuable to their audiences. That’s why I believe digital products deserve a truly creative thinking and an absolute attention to detail, as most of them are now the main support of customer experience. Having a user-centered reflexion is to my mind, the best way to produce useful services and therefore beloved brands.

I’m a 27-year-old digital project manager coming from south of France. I moved in the early 2017 in London and I’m still enjoying every opportunity that this city has to offer. I worked for a year and a half in a digital agency based in Montpellier, managing several accounts on website creations, digital marketing strategies and branding. I’m also really interested in UX design, as this practice brings you a relevant questioning. This interest even led me to wrote my end of study dissertation about the link between UX design and project management.

 

What else?

I’ve been passionate about bikes for twenty years. I like to refurbish old bikes and spend a significant part of my spare time riding my BMX. If I could stock them all,I would have a dozen bikes. Otherwise, I enjoy outdoor sports like snowboarding or hiking. Taking my camera on sunny days is also something I really appreciate.

Today customer experience is more important than ever, and brands are now aware of this mandatory and profitable investment. Many leading companies like Uber, Netflix or Citymapper put a lot of efforts in offering smooth and delightful experiences as they know this is a serious competitive advantage. But like user experience design suggests, the perfect formula for all users doesn’t exist. That’s why we must try to understand motivations, interactions, breaking points, and everything in between, and we must try to improve the user experience and repeat.
